The Ultramar Fast Ferry from Cancun to Isla Mujeres Quintana Roo Mexico.

Isla Mujeres is easy to reach. It’s just a short ferry ride from Cancun. Three ferries go between Cancun and Isla Mujeres.

The ferry at Puerto Juarez leaves every half-hour from 5 a.m. until 9:30 p.m. and every hour after that.

Getting to Isla Holbox takes a bit more time, though it’s well worth the trek.

First, you need to take the ADO bus or your rental car to the small town of Chiquilá. It’s located about 2.5 hours from Cancun.

In Chiquilá, you’ll then have to take a ferry to the island. The ferry ride takes about 25 minutes, and costs about $20 USD each way.
